I help anxious people-pleasers and queer folks feel calm and joyful in their true selves - without becoming jerks. 

I use evidence-based and innovative somatic mind-body therapies to help you connect to your own inner wisdom so that you can live in alignment with your values, and make the world a better place by being more you.
