Rates (Private Pay)
$155 per 50-minute session
$240 per 90-minute session*
Intensives - $155 per hour, total cost varies based on structure/length
*90 minute sessions are used for first sessions, family/couple/relationship sessions, and whenever more time would be helpful, such as ART or Brainspotting sessions, or when we’re working on something particularly difficult or that needs a gentler, easing-in approach. Planning for 90 minutes can help us go deep and stay deep without feeling as rushed as a 50 minute session.
90-minute sessions are not available for those using insurance, since insurance will not reimburse for them.

Insurance
I am currently an in-network provider with Aetna.
For other plans, I’m considered a private-pay, out-of-network provider. While I don't accept other insurances directly, your insurance may have out-of-network benefits, which means that they will support the cost of our services.
I have partnered with Thrizer, a payment application that handles this process automatically.
Please note that you will need a mental health diagnosis (such as Generalized Anxiety Disorder) in order for services to be covered by insurance.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
